Returns and Refunds

* All Sales are final no returns will be available due to the nature of the factory sealed product state.

* If you are not happy with your online purchase please send a email to cardnation.nz@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will assess any request any authorised returns will incur a $15.00 Admin free.

Damaged Packages

If packages are damaged upon receipt, please DO NOT open the carton and inspect the contents if you suspect damage has been made to the physical items inside. Once an item is open, we cannot accept the return regardless of any damage incurred during transit.

Single Card Sales / Damaged Cards

Our Single Card Protection process is Penny Sleeves then loaded into Top loaders then loaded into grading card Sleeve for total protection on all our Single cards.

All cards are sold in RAW condition and sold as is (there is no guarantee of any grading) unless otherwise stated.

Boxes and Packs

All Packs and boxes are sold in factory sealed conditions with factory wrapping / seals in tack at the point of sale (unless otherwise stated)

All Boxes and packs sales are final and due to the integrity of the factory sealed product. No returns / refunds will be provided if the packs/boxes are opened by the purchaser. (Please see shipping details for damaged packaging info)

Damaged cards in packs and boxes

Cardnation NZ does not except any responsibility for damaged cards in any pack or box for further information please contact the suppliers, Panini, Upper deck, Topps and other further details on claims and support.

Damaged Packaging

Please contact the courier company ASAP take photos and issue a claim with the courier company, Cardnation NZ excepts no liability with damaged goods/products that use an external courier company. Do not open the damaged packaging.

Card Ratios /odds

All card Ratios on the packs & boxes are over the entire supplier production runs, there are no guarantee of odds in any individual pack(s) or Boxes and Cardnation NZ excepts no liability.

Redemption / Redemption Cards

Cardnation NZ expects no liability for any redemption cards that are expired, or the manufacturer no longer is trading … Please get in contact with the Manufacture directly for further information if required.

All current redemption cards are the responsibility of the purchaser to redeem within the timeframe provided by the Manufacturer, all timeframes and losses are the manufacturers responsibility for updates please contact the supplier directly.

Pre-orders, Out of stocks and Online Sales Limits

Pre-orders/Holds

We currently don’t offer a pre-order service or place items on hold due to demand and factors outside of our control with suppliers, freight, and supply issues.

Out of Stocks

Cardnation stocks online represent 100% of the stock amounts, if the item is out of stock it is no longer available to purchase. This product(s) might be re-listed or available when stock is available at a future date.

We currently not operating sales limits however limits might apply at any stage due to supply & demand.
